Attention! If you top up your card by 20 EUR, follow these steps:

  1. Deposit 20 EUR
  2. Receive a card with 5 EUR on it
  3. On the screen, choose to either top up the card with the remaining 15 EUR by pressing "Top up card", or get a refund by pressing the "Change" button
  4. Don't forget to take your change
